Rich Huth, the owner and operator of Huth Woodworks, has spent his entire life in carpentry. He has always been passionate about finish work, where attention to detail is crucial. In 2015, he suffered an injury that led to multiple spine & neck operations which was then found to show his spine would never heal due to other bone issues. This prevented him from returning to work despite his desire to do so. Ultimately, he was placed on disability. During a challenging period marked by severe depression and chronic pain, he discovered that working in the wood shop helped him escape the negativity and can do at his own pace.
